- Exit left HWY-99 N toward
Sacramento
- HWY-88/Waterloo Rd East to
Jackson

to Sutter Creek from HWY-88/99
- Approximately 19 miles on
HWY-88 then turn left to continue HWY-88 to Jackson (do not go straight,
that’s HWY-12)
- Approximately 19 miles –
turn left onto Ridge Rd. (Look for the sign that says Jackson Rancharia.)
- Left onto HWY49 North
Silver
Fiddle Ranch from Sutter Creek
- Right at Church Street –
this will be the first street in Sutter Creek (immediately after
the Dodge dealer).
- Continue straight, Church
Street becomes Sutter Creek Rd.
- Go a couple miles and turn
Left at Pine Gulch Rd.
- Intersect with Shake Ridge
Rd – go straight onto Shake Ridge Rd.
- This seems like a long way,
but you’ll reach a “T” intersection where Rams
Horn and Shake Ridge meet – this is Daffodil Hill.
- Turn Left onto Shake Ridge
at Daffodil Hill (right would take you down Rams Horn and into Volcano).
- Continue past Fiddletown Road.
- Exactly 1/4 mile after Fiddletown
Rd, you’ll see Cal Am Road on the right. We are the driveway
on the LEFT BEFORE YOU GET TO CAL AM. (You will see a sign warning
of Fire Danger on the corner of Cal Am).
- Our street number is not on
the driveway, but there is a decorative flag hanging from the tree
at the roadside that marks the driveway. There is a sign back from
the street a bit that says 24401, Silver Fiddle Ranch.
- Turn left into our driveway
(or turn around at Cal Am and take the first right into our driveway
if you missed it).
- Drive straight back –
past the gate – continue down the long driveway. You’ll
see our log home at the bottom of the lava cap as you drive down.
Directions from Plymouth or from
the North
- From Plymouth, take the turn
for Fiddletown Road, Shenandoah Valley. Fiddletown road continues
through down town Plymouth. If you are coming down from the North
then turn left onto Fiddletown road. If you are coming up from the
South, take a right onto Fiddletown road.
- Stay Right at the Y to continue
on Fiddletow Road - do not go toward Shenandoah valley unless you
want to pick up some nice wine before comming up to the ranch.
- Continue to the end of Fiddletown
Road (about 10 miles).
- Turn Left on ShakeRidge.
- Go exactly 1/4 mile to our
driveway which will be on the left.
